Got moth holes? Why not embroider beautiful moths over them and beat those pesky critters at their own game?
These embroidery transfers are printed on sticky water-soluble stabiliser, making them super easy to use and great for knitwear, T-shirts, jeans, or whatever needs a bit of zhuzhing. Even thick, fuzzy fabrics like felt and terry towelling (usually challenging to embroider) can be mended beautifully with these transfers.
To use: apply your transfer like a sticker, centreing it over a hole. Stitch through the transfer and fabric, then rinse off the remaining transfer and let dry. Voila!
This set includes 7 moths (one of each design), basic instructions, tips and a stitch guide. Moth transfers are larger and more beautiful than actual moths and range from 2x4cm to 4.5x6cm in size. They would look amazing stitched with Cottage Garden Threads hand-dyed embroidery thread or Mend it upcycled mending yarn.
Set does not include thread or needles; add stitching supplies to your order and get stitching right away.
