Refund policy
If an item you have purchased from modernmending.com is faulty and does not function as described, please contact elf@modernmending.com within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement (if available), repair, refund or shop credit.
Repairs are my jam! If a faulty product can be repaired, I will offer that as an option.
Refunds and exchanges are not available for change of mind or incorrect colour selection.
I aim to represent product colours in my photographs as accurately as possible, but device screens can vary greatly. If you are aiming for an invisible mend and trying to select the mending yarn or thread that most closely matches, feel free to email me at elf@modernmending.com before purchase, with a photo of the item(s) you’re mending, and I will be more than happy to assist with further comparison photos and/or advice. This is one of my favourite things to do!
Likewise, if you are not sure which supplies are right for your mending project (e.g. which needles or mending yarn to choose), I would love to help. My goal is for you to fall in love with mending and keep mending – not for you to buy a bunch of stuff and get discouraged – so please do get in touch if you're unsure or would like some help before you make a purchase.
